• SALE POLICY •

• ALL pickups are done by either meeting OR driveway. We do NOT allow anyone where our herd is to insure the safely and bio security of the herd.

• We require a half deposit to hold/reserve any goats or kids. Without a deposit any goat is still available. If you plan to come look at a goat, know that without a deposit you haven’t held the goat.

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE non refundable. A deposit contract is always sent and signed by both parties to insure protection. A receipt is sent after deposit is made.

• Upon pickup we will go over every inch of the goat and a form is signed saying you agree that the animal is in good health and condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We can not take back goats once they have left our property and are not responsible for their health after they have left.

• All animals must be picked up by the agreed upon date. A boarding fee of $10 will be applied to remainder balance each day unless buyer has communicated prior (NOT DAY BEFORE OR OF) We get life happens so please have full communication with us. If the goat hasn’t been picked up 5 days after initial pickup, the sale is forfeited and the goat will be back available.
